1.
Why did you lie to me on the ride home? How could you feel to see how your silence took its toll on me? I'm despondent. Bury me underneath the tree. It's not all right. You're the only one I held out for; no more. I can't go home. In the corner where you keep your things, I haven't touched in about a week. I can't force a change on things. Breathe in, breathe out; I'm in, you're out.
2.
P.C.I.A.S. 03:00
This morning I was laughing - laughing cuz you asked if you could be there saturday night. Oh how you lie. It's fine, it's fine, I know I'm not all right. You're not my ally. It's plain to see you're not listening, your routine is boring, and to your face I'm gonna laugh a lot.
3.
Cop's Not 02:27
On the screen they chose to show a scowling face, more than character assassination. A cop's not our friend, they just kill them. I see your fucking smile. Don't think I don't see that smile celebrating the death of a child. It's all the same, it happens every day. Keep your hands out of your face. With all that said I can't believe there's a debate; it's plain to see. The police kill with impunity. There's no escape. It's reality. And in the end there's just two things: your smiling face and a kid dead in the street.
4.
I miss the heat of the starboard side when the lights were off and the legs aligned. Read em and weep. You know, you're right: your grandfather looked so similar to mine. Oh that's quite all right. Forgave the meet. He always buried me. Cut me down with your cherry tree until the root of the problem ain't so plain to see. Wash me down with your vacancy. Everything that I think I see. The gaze falls to the screen. It's mindless violence, can't really hide it or laugh it off.
5.
I wait for it with you. My mind's asking why two. I'M NOT YOUR MAN, DON'T CALL ME THAT. At night I sleep and I pretend I'm feeling sound.
